This is a perfect blend to help you relax, unwind and prepare for a deep restorative sleep. Valerian, an adaptogen, is known as natures calming sleep herb and skullcap stimulates a neurotransmitter (GABA), that calms nerves and supports melatonin regulation. These are Alex's two favourite herbs in this blend.
