Belvedere Lavender ships across Canada & and the United States. All orders placed online at belvederelavender.com & belvederelavender.ca are processed within 1 business day. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated through Canada Post/or the appropriate shipping company at the time of your order.
Return Policy
Belvedere Lavender takes great pride in our hand-crafted products. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please see our return policy below and email info@belvederelavender.com.
We will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller’s discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items. Please ensure items show no signs of use.
Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from purchase date, in the original unopened packaging, at the customer’s shipping expense. Please email info@belvederelavender.com for all exchanges prior to returning. Belvedere Lavender will provide authorization for exchange.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Belvedere Lavender does not guarantee that the item will be received.
